Pricing and Payment
We’ll provide pricing for our services upon request. Payment is due in full before we start any project. We accept cash and credit card.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you need to cancel a project, please give us at least 48 hours notice. If you don’t provide at least 48 hours notice, you’ll be responsible for payment for any work completed up to the time of cancellation. If you’re not happy with the final product, we’ll work with you to make revisions until you’re satisfied. If we can’t come to an agreement on revisions, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving the final product. The amount of the refund will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
